I bought a box of Meyer Lemons last week. I had never tried them before and after seeing so many wonderful blog recipes I knew I needed to get my hands on some. They have a sweet tartness that is very unique. Because we are trying to avoid excessive sweets I have been challenged to use them well. I will post my first venture next week...it was tart and tangy and oh so good! I still have half the box left, which should be about 1 cup of juice. Your thoughts?
